billy ballsThese flowers grow in my friend's garden. She tells me they are "billy balls." A quick google indicates billy balls are usually yellow and from the Crespedia family. These appear to be related to Gomphrena globus - but I may not know bull about balls.
These look great--you can't tell by the picture it was probably 110 in that flowerbed yesterday afternoon!
